Close Up Magic is often classed as one of the most enjoyable magic related forms of entertainment. The reason being that the magic happens right in front of the audience and sometimes even in the spectators hands.
 Recently at some of the larger events I have been using at least one other magician to assist, this gives a better spread of entertainment and allows us to cover more tables in a set time frame.

We always speak to the head waiter before starting work, this allows us to know how long we have before the next course is served and gives us an idea of where they will be serving from. The worst thing for a client is that the entertainment is in the way, we avoid this at all costs.
